I used Nik Color Efex Pro 4...I used a number of adjustments but I didn't save the recipe so cant remember all of the filters I used :(

So sorry! I was just playing around with the image until I got the desired effect, I only got Color Efex Pro 4 a few days ago so its still quite new to me. I think I used maybe 8-10 filters to get this effect. Next time I create an image I'll save the recipe ;)
